Necessary Force by D.D. Ayres

Necessary Force - D.D. Ayres

Two months ago, Georgie spent a night of passion with a virtual stranger, a K-9 firefighter. Now the guy is back with the same dog, a different name, and an FBI badge. Georgie's made it on the FBI's domestic terrorism suspects list. Congrats!

There was something off with this book. I felt completely disconnected from the characters and the story, the villain, once he appeared on the scene, was predictable, the main characters had no chemistry (I was told about their attraction, but what I saw was two people in closed quarters scratching an itch), the suspense wasn't intense or gripping, there was no urgency to the proceedings...The only thing that excited me was the "shop-talk" about explosive sniffing dogs and their characteristics.
